In conjunction with the requirements for accreditation by the Association of Theological Schools in the United States and Canada (ATS), St. Tikhon's Seminary has been audited by an outside external auditing firm in compliance with this requirement and has consistently received an unqualified opinion from the auditing firm of Parente Beard and current auditing company Baker Tilly.
